Full Scale Ship Propeller
We offer custom designed Fixed Pitch Propeller (FPP) and new optimized blades for Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP). Our propellers are produced by proven and well-established manufacturers, the propellers are up to 40 tons in weight, 10 meters in diameter.
Flow Directing Duct
Flow directing duct (FDD) is a stationary flow-directing device positioned ahead of the propeller. The propulsive efficiency can be improved by equalizing the inflow to the propeller via the duct.
Model Propeller for Tank Test
We provide model propellers for model testing, i.e., open water test, self propulsion test and cavitation test. As standard, the propellers are made of strong aluminium alloys, other material available upon request. The diameter of model propeller is up to 400 mm.
Fin Cap
The fin cap is a propeller cap with fins, rotating together with the propeller, resulting in average fuel oil savings up to 2% which has been verified by model tests. The fin cap is easy to install, very similar to the conventional propeller boss cap.
